Automated SEO Content Pipeline

The challenge

OASIS212 needed editorial content that could establish experience, expertise, authority, and trust in a category with almost no qualified writers: one covering Dakhla, kitesurfing, and wellness at once. Freelance options meant either generic travel copy with no local depth, or specialist writers with no SEO discipline.

The approach

Instead of solving this by finding a writer, I built a system that encodes local knowledge, brand voice, and SEO logic once, then applies it consistently every week. I run a 90% AI, 10% human split: research, drafting, and formatting run unattended, while final quality control and editorial judgment stay with me. I deliberately did not wire it to auto-publish, keeping a human in the loop by design, both to protect brand accuracy and because I wanted to own the process and keep improving the prompts based on what came out, not treat it as a black box.

The execution

Built solo in n8n, running on a weekly schedule:

  1. 01Generates 3 fully drafted articles per cycle, rotating across seven themes covering the brand’s core categories
  2. 02Runs competitive research per topic: pulls the top-ranking pages for the target keyword and analyzes their structure, so every brief is built against what’s actually winning that search
  3. 03Checks topics against a maintained history so the system doesn’t repeat angles cycle over cycle, with an automated feedback-loop pulling directly from the workflow’s own output history
  4. 04Sends each brief, along with a detailed brand and voice rulebook covering tone, positioning, and formatting, to the writing model in one structured prompt, so every article matches brand voice without manual rewriting
  5. 05Returns a full SEO outline, the complete article, and meta title, description, and slug in a single output
  6. 06Routes every draft to Google Docs for editorial sign-off before anything reaches the CMS. No auto-publish
